About Moderno
Moderno Design Build founder,
Orlando Rodriguez, was intrigued by design and building at an early age. His love for design led him to pursue and earn a Bachelor of Environmental Design degree from Texas A&M University's College of Architecture.
After graduating in 1998, he began his career as a construction manager with a national homebuilder. Orlando then had the opportunity to expand his expertise by working with one of Houston's prominent custom home builders. It was there he honed his construction ethics, design, and management skills and soon went on to form Moderno Design Build.
From charming residences to estate-sized manors, each Moderno Custom Home embraces the highest level of detail and workmanship that homeowners expect from a true custom home. Utilizing a team of professionals, timeless design, and innovative construction methods, Orlando personally guides each client through the building process from initial design to final completion.
